Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Crafts with Charm is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.
