At Crafts with Charm, each item is thoughtfully created with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or produced on demand, we kindly ask that you review the following policy before purchasing.

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the nature of custom and personalized products, all sales are final once an order has been placed and production has begun. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom items unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Non-Custom Items

For non-custom, non-personalized items:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once the item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
